Search the PBPK Model Repository

Quickly find freely available drug and population models in our PBPK model repository.

The models provided have been collated from published examples which authors have shared in our Published Model Collection or developed as part of various global health projects in our Global Health Collection. This search facility searches both model collections simultaneously.

Oseltamivir_Carboxylate_V12R1_USFDA_20150709
Metabolite of oseltamivir. Information can be found in Table 1 and supplemental file of the publication. Table 1. also in supplemental file. Correction: Molecular weight should be 284 g/mol (in cmp file). Table 1 mistakenly listed MW of prodrug oseltamivir. Correction will be submitted to journal. The submitted cmp file has custom dosing. Oral dosing should be selected and dose should be adjusted according to MW differences between OC and prodrug oseltamivir to allow OC PK to be simulated when prodrug is given intravenously.
Sulfasalazine_RES_V18R1_Simcyp_20190118

Simcyp developed sulfasalazine compound file. Compound summary included. This was developed as a research file and its current status and limitations are outlined in summary document.

DasabuvirRitonavirClopidogrelGlucuronide_V14R1_AbbVie_20200214
Workspace combines model files for Dasabuvir, Ritonavir, Clopidogrel and its glucuronide metabolite as published in Shebley et al., CPT, 2017 Note: The file was developed in V4R1, however the workspace cannot be open in V14R1 or V15R1, as it was last saved in V16. Therefore the fill can be opened only in Simcyp Simulator V16 and later.
Rosuvastatin_V17R1_ASTAR_20190724
The submitted compound file for Rosuvastatin uses ADAM, Full-PBPK method 2, enzyme kinetics for metabolism and transporter kinetics for the permeability limited liver model and MechKim model. Tissue : Plasma partition coefficients have been modified to include data obtained from rat distribution studies. It has been used together with the unmodified Sim-Healthy Volunteer library file. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/31079160
